FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Am I allowed to bring my dog or other pets to the show with me?

No, pets are unfortunately not permitted.

What is the situation regarding parking, WCs and catering at your events?

You can find out this information on the website of the events location you will be attending. You can also ring the customer service hotline of the location in question.

How can I take part in your show? My partner / family member is celebrating his/her birthday / we are getting married... Are we able to announce this at the show? Are we permitted to ride with you?

For various reasons, we have to decline all of the above. Our show schedule is planned precisely long in advance. This precise time planning combined with insurance-related restrictions do not permit us to include any impromptu additions to our show. We hope you can appreciate this!

I have lost, burnt or accidentally thrown away my ticket - what should I do?

You can stick it back together with glue or adhesive tape. If your ticket is more seriously damaged or the barcode affected, then please contact your ticket vendor.

I have accidentally ripped my ticket or torn off the removable part of my ticket - what should I do?

You can stick it back together with glue or adhesive tape. If your ticket is more seriously damaged or the barcode affected, then please contact your ticket vendor.

Am I allowed to score out the price on the ticket (as it is intended as a gift)?

Yes, that is no problem at all. However, please ensure that your seat and category are still legible.

Can I exchange or return my tickets?

As a rule, exchanging or returning tickets is not permitted. However, many ticket vendors provide the opportunity to purchase cancellation insurance.

Is the performance also appropriate for children aged under five?

We believe so. We have been lucky enough to see hundreds of beaming children's faces smiling back at us from the crowd every weekend up to now. The best way to find out is to visit our show for yourself.

Where can I buy show merchandise?

You can visit our merchandising stand at the event location or browse our online shop at www.apassionata.uk.co/shop.html. There is something to cater for the taste of every APASSIONATA fan.
